Spruce Up Austin 150 Heritage Tree Project - April 29, 2006
On a rainy morning April 29, 2006, SUA celebrated the sesquicentennial of Austin the the way they do best - by planting 150 trees. 1000 Tree Planting, April 2006
On April 22nd Spruce Up Austin along with Girl Scout Troop 18 and Cub Scout Pack 121 teamed up with Austin Parks and Recreation to plant over 1000 bare root trees in Whittier Park as part of the Shoreland Restoration Grant.
